International Women's Day '07 - Epilogue

Sorry to bug you twice in one day friends, but I was catching up on news and found this headline: Witness at Sask sex assault trial testifies girl made first moves on him , so of course I had to click on it.

If you don't want to make the effort to click on the link, here's a quick summary: three men (white men in their mid-twenties) have been accused of gang-raping a twelve year-old aboriginal girl. They picked her up on the steps of some bar, she had just run away from home, they drove out into the country and they gave her beer (four of them I think). But she started it. She was the aggressor.

This is why we need an International Women's Day.

Peace out peeps,
